Owner/Operator

Matt is a local family man and the founder of Inspiration Roofing. With a beautiful wife, two lovely daughters, and a handsome son, he loves the Lord and lives his life following Him as best as he can. He started Inspiration Roofing with the idea of being a general contractor with integrity that people could trust and who would genuinely put the homeowner’s needs before company profits.

Kenneth Hicks

Owner/Business Development

Kenneth is a University of North Texas graduate with a BA in Communication Studies and over two decades of experience in client relations and sales management. He puts God first, is blessed with a beautiful wife, and is a proud father of two amazing boys. His personal mission is to provide homeowners with a roofing contractor that offers first-class customer service, honest and professional communication, and an unparalleled client experience.

Zach Stanley

Project Manager Team Lead

Zach is a dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience in customer service, specializing in team and account management. Guided by his faith, he leads with integrity, and brings a spirit of positivity wherever he goes. Zach is a devoted husband and proud father of two amazing sons and two beautiful daughters. His mission is to cultivate lasting client relationships built on trust, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to meeting each of his client’s unique needs.

Malcolm McGruder

Commercial Team Lead

Malcolm brings extensive experience in commercial roofing, specializing in building long-term solutions for property managers and business owners. With a background in sales and project management, he combines technical knowledge with a relationship-driven approach that prioritizes clear communication and proactive maintenance. Guided by integrity and a genuine commitment to his client’s success, Maclolm positions himself as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor.

Austin Townsend

Project Manager

Austin is an Air Force veteran and Criswell College graduate with a BA in Christian Ministry. He has multiple years of experience in construction and customer service, and his faith in Christ is demonstrated throughout his work and relationships with others. He is husband to a fantastic wife and father of two beautiful girls. Austin joined the Inspiration Roofing team with a heart for serving and providing each homeowner with an enjoyable and smooth experience.

Kaleb Yates

Project Manager

Kaleb is an Air Force veteran and graduate of Carson-Newman University. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, he has been a proud Texan since 2020. Stemming from a military and fitness background, Kaleb has a strong work ethic, an energetic and positive personality, and a genuine desire to help people.

John Hassell

Project Manager

John is a hardworking, optimistic individual with a background in customer service. He is blessed with a lovely wife, and is father of two wonderful daughters. For nearly a decade, John has served faithfully in church, leading and supporting worship teams. He values building meaningful connections with his clients, and is committed to delivering with integrity and excellence.

Luke is a contractor that approaches every endeavor with enthusiasm and excellence. A devoted husband and proud father of four, he brings the same dedication to his family into his professional life.
